My surround speakers do not work on my computer?

I have two speakers connected to my computer and connected to the outlet that are in I constantly hear a buzz, but only seem to work when I test it in the Realtek HD audio manager and when they play a YouTube video that you only hear the sound out of my monitor that has speakers built in, how to get my speakers to reproduce sound, in addition to the test when they

It is obvious that there is both the wrong port or the port is not connected that is not configured for output. First, make sure your in making green. If that fails or has to use software and configure it or google it. Thanks Hope I helped:)
